Our Chinese cuisine cookers are easy to clean and efficient.

in larger sizes to special orders. A flow of water runs across
the cooker top keeping it cool while carrying away food splashes
and preventing burnt-on deposits.
Although every Ellidge & Fairley frying Range is constructed
to meet the customers personal requirements, all our Ranges
incorporate a number of standard design and safety features, to
comply with CE certification.
All units are made to the very highest of standards
from the best quality stainless steel, with a tubular
stainless steel framework and designed to assist in
maintaining high standards of hygiene.
